摘  要:在汽车动力传动系统设计及匹配研究中,传统方法的建模是一个非常复杂,耗时较长的过程,采用专业软件CRUISE进行建模与仿真可提高研究效率,介绍CRUISE软件功能特点,以1.3L手动挡发动机前置前轮驱动的轻型乘用车为例,阐述利用该软件进行轻型乘用车建模的基本过程,建立整车仿真模型、确定行驶工况和动力性与燃油经济性的仿真任务,进行仿真,得出该车的动力性与燃油经济性,并对仿真结果进行分析,利用CRUISE软件分析汽车整车性能的可行性,并进行实车的实验验证CRUISE软件所建立的系统模型的正确性。Modeling brings a great deal of inconvenience to the design and match research of vehicle power train system for its complication and long period by conventional way. Modeling and simulating with pro fessional CRUISE software can increase efficiency obviously. The paper introduces the functions and char acteristics of CRUISE. A specified 1.3L manual transmission FF is simulated by means of CRUISE soft ware. The paper depicts the basic method and process of modeling for light-duty passager car, which in clude simulation modeling of the complete light-duty passager car, operation condition model and sinmla ring task of the power performance and fuel consumption. The conclusions indicate the power performance and fuel consumption. All the simulation results are amalyzed and also verfy the feasibility of analyzing performance of automobile using CRUISE software; the chassis performance experiment of light-duty pas sager car is accomplished; the veracity of the system model founded by CRUISE software is validated and may be used as reference for automobile development.
