摘　　要：针对雷达抗反辐射导弹作战效能评估涉及的因素多,而传统单项性能评估方法难以客观评估的问题,提出了雷达抗反辐射导弹应从技术、战术和操作措施上进行综合解决的方案,建立了多层次的雷达抗反辐射导弹的评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对雷达抗反辐射导弹作战效能进行评估.最后通过实例验证了该评估方法的可行性.该评估方法为采取优化措施提供了依据.Considering the problems that the evaluation of radar anti-radiation missiles’（RAM） operational effectiveness involves more factors while the traditional estimation method of single performance is hard to estimate objectively,this paper presents a composite solution scheme for them in terms of RAM’s technical,tactical and operational measures,set ups the RAM’s evaluation index system with multi-levels,and estimate its operational effectiveness using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process（FAHP）.Finally,by examples it is shown that the estimation scheme is of feasibility,which offers a base for taking optimization measures.
