摘 要:为探讨鲫鱼Carassius auratus、黑斑蛙Rana nigromaculata和家兔Oryctolagus cuniculus domestica视网膜组织结构与其生活环境的适应关系,测量了3种动物视网膜各层厚度、3个核层的胞核层数及胞核直径,并对数据进行了统计分析。结果表明:鲫鱼、黑斑蛙和家兔视网膜均由4层细胞构成,在光镜下分为10层。鲫鱼视网膜平均厚度为196.57μm,黑斑蛙为186.96μm,家兔为200.90μm。黑斑蛙和家兔的视网膜内核层的细胞数目比外核层多,鲫鱼的外核层细胞数目大于内核层细胞数目。鲫鱼、黑斑蛙和家兔3种动物视网膜结构的差异,与其从水生到两栖再到陆生的生境迁移和捕食方式的变化相适应。The objective of this study is to explore the relationship between the retinal structure and its life adaptation to the environment of Carassius auratus,Rana nigromaculata and Oryctolagus cuniculus domestica.The retinal thickness of each layer,the nuclei layer and the diameter of three nuclear layers of the three animals were measured.The statistical data analysis shows that:the nuclei layers of three animals are all 4 layers and the lens is 10 layers when observing with optical microscope.The retinal thickness of C.auratus is 196.57 μm,R.nigromaculata's is 186.96 μm and the O.cuniculus domestica's is 200.90 μm.The cell count in retinal inner nuclear layers are more than in the outer nuclear layers of R.nigromaculata and O.cuniculus domestica,while the cell count in retinal outer nuclear layers are more than in the inner nuclear layers of C.auratus.The difference structure of the lens in the three animals matches the change of living environment and the way to get food from aquatic to terrestrial.
