摘  要:青蛤样品分别注射鳗弧菌和生理盐水,在注射后3h、6h、12h、24h、36h和48h取不同处理组血清,测定其溶菌酶(LSZ)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,分析鳗弧菌对青蛤体内免疫相关酶活性的影响。结果表明,鳗弧菌感染组的青蛤血液中LSZ和SOD活性均有显著升高的趋势,SOD在12h时达到最高,LSZ在36h达到最高,均与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),随后呈现下降趋势。表明鳗弧菌对青蛤的LSZ与SOD酶活性影响较大,对其免疫防御系统有明显的刺激作用。In this study,Vibrio anguillarum and normal saline were injected into adult clams Cyclina sinensis.At 3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,36 h and 48 h after injection,the serum of different group was collected,lysozgme(LSZ) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities were measured in order to reveal the relationship between V.anguillarum injection and immune-related response.The results showed that after the injection,LSZ and SOD activities in the serum were both increased significantly compared with the control group,the activity of SOD and LSZ reached the highest at the 12 h and 36 h after injection respectively,and then decreased.Our research showed that V.anguillarum had noticeable impact on LSZ and SOD of C.sinensis and significant stimulating effect to the clam's immune system.
