摘　　要：湖北石首天鹅洲麋鹿保护区10年来存在着植物种类的更替,植被群落的分布与演替也出现了新的变化。在2008年冬季的不完全考察中发现有16种植物未在1997年的植物名录中出现。植被调查对于麋鹿保护工作的开展具有重要意义。2009年4月采用样线法及样方法,对保护区内的植物种类及植被类型加以确定。调查结果与1997年植物普查记录相比较,相同种为62种,此次新增植物48种。在植物调查的同时,监测麋鹿种群分布情况,观察该地区麋鹿的春季主要采食种类。The species,populations of plants in Swan Islet wetland of Shishou Milu National Nature Reserve have made changes and successions in recent ten years.Based on the preliminary investigation of plant species in winter of 2008,there are 16 species not recorded in the list of plant species of 1997.The vegetation distribution is important on the protection of Elaphurus davidianus.Line transect method and quadrat method were taken to define the species and vegetations in the area of nature reserve.Compared with the results of the investigation in 1997,there are 62 repeated species and 48 new found species on the same time,the population distribution and ingestion of E.davidianus in spring were also observed.
