中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:将85例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组45例,对照组40例。对照组用常规西药治疗;治疗组在对照组用药基础上,加用自拟牛角紫草汤。7～10 d统计2组皮疹消失、腹痛缓解、关节痛缓解及尿常规恢复正常的时间和例数,作为近期疗效;随访6月,统计2组6月后各观察指标复发例数,作为远期疗效。结果:治疗组近期疗效与对照组比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05),6月后各观察指标复发例数比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),说明2组近期疗效相当,远期疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论:牛角紫草汤结合西药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-prescribed Niujiao Zicao Decoction treating allergic purpura.Methods： 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group with 45 patients and the control group with 40 patients.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the treatment group,based on the medication of the control group,was given additional self-prescribed Niujiao Zicao Decoction.After 7~10 d the time and the number of cases in 2 groups of rash disappearing,abdominal pain,relief of joint pain and urine returning to normal were counted as short-term effect;following visit lasted for 6 months,and the recurrence numbers of cases in 2 groups of the observation indicators were counted as long-term effect.Results： The differences between the short-term effect of the treatment group and that of the control group were not statistically significant（]P]0.05）,but the differences between the recurrence numbers of cases in 2 groups of the observation indicators after 6 months were statistically significant（]P]0.05 or ]P]0.01）,showing that the short-term effect of both 2 groups was similar but the long-term effect of the treatment group was prior to that of the control group.Conclusion： Treating children＇s allergic purpura with Niujiao Zicao Decoction combined with western medicine showed advantages of few side-effects and low recurrence,which could be highlighted in clinical practice.
