冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治儿童哮喘缓解期45例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷防治儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:将入选的哮喘缓解期患儿45例,于三伏天穴位贴敷,每伏连续贴敷3 d,每天1次,间歇7 d,每年夏季三伏天的初、中、末伏共贴9次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前后哮喘发作程度、频次以及感冒次数、自汗症状,进行评分。结果:45例中临床控制5例,显效23例,有效11例,无效6例,总有效率86.7%,哮喘发作程度和频次比治疗前明显改善,感冒次数减少,自汗减轻,与治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷能明显减轻患儿哮喘发作的程度,减少发作频次,并可改善哮喘患儿的反复感冒与自汗。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer to prevent and cure children＇s asthma in remission period.Methods： Selected 45 cases of children with asthma in remission were treated with point application in the dog-days（so-called Three Fu in China,ten days in each Fu）.Point application was done for 3 days in each Fu,once a day,then with an interval of 7 days.Every summer,point application was done at the beginning,the middle and the ending Fu,which was a treatment course,with totally 9 times.The treatment lasted for 3 courses.Occurrence degree and frequency of asthma,the number of colds and spontaneous sweating symptoms before and after treatment were observed and scored.Results： Among the 45 patients,5 cases were controlled clinically,23 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective,6 cases no effect,with the total effective rate of 86.7%.Occurrence degree and frequency of asthma were markedly improved compared with that before the treatment,the number of colds decreased and spontaneous sweating was reduced;compared with those before the treatment,the differences were statistically significant（]P]0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer can significantly reduce the occurrence degree and frequency of asthma in children and improve recurrent colds and spontaneous sweating symptoms.
