摘　　要：目的探讨急性会厌炎的有效治疗方法。方法对71例急性会厌炎患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果本组患者全部痊愈，住院均数6．5天。结论急性会厌炎需及时确诊，抗感染及维持呼吸道通畅是治疗的关键，会厌囊肿增加急性会厌炎感染风险，易出现呼吸道阻塞、易复发，建议炎症控制后切除囊肿。Objective To explore the effective therapy of acute epiglottitis.Methods Analyzed the clinical materials of 71 patients with acute epiglottitis.Results All patients were cured with average 6.5 days in the hospital.Conclusion The acute epiglottitis needed timely diagnosis.Antibiotics and keeping the airway unobstructived were both inportant.A preexisting epiglottic cyst might be associated with the suppurative infection which increased the risk for airway obstruction and recurrence of acute epiglottitis.The cyst excision were suggested.
