“三步康复”手法在颈型颈椎病临床护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察"三步康复"手法在颈型颈椎病临床护理中的效果。[方法]将90例颈型颈椎病病人随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组运用"三步康复"手法护理,对照组予以枕颌带牵引护理。[结果]实验组、对照组有效率分别为96%、75%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]"三步康复"手法护理干预颈型颈椎病的方法简单,安全可靠,疗效显著。Objective：To observe on the effect of ＂three- step rehabilitation＂ maneuver in clinical nursing care of cervical spondylosis patients. Methods：A total of 90 cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into test group and control group. Patients of test group were given the ＂three - step rehabilitation＂ maneuver nursing. Patients of control group were given occipital-jaw traction band nursing. Results：The effective rate of test group and control group cases were 96% and 75% respectively. There was statistical significant difference between them （P〈0.05）：. Conclusion：The ＂three -step rehabilitation＂ maneuver nursing intervention for cervical spondylosis patients is simple,safe and reliable. It has remarkable curative effect.
