地奥司明片联合马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗肛隐窝炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察地奥司明片联合马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗肛隐窝炎的临床疗效。方法将2009年9月～2010年5月间肛肠科门诊100例肛隐窝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组口服地奥司明片,外用马应龙麝香痔疮栓塞肛治疗;对照组口服替硝唑片,外用洗必泰痔疮栓塞肛,治疗7 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组临床痊愈41例(80.0%),好转9例(18.0%),无效0例,总有效率为100.0%。对照组临床痊愈20例(40.0%),好转24例(48.0%),无效6例(12.0%),总有效率为88.0%。治疗组临床痊愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组。结论地奥司明片口服联合马应龙麝香痔疮栓塞肛治疗肛隐窝炎,疗效安全可靠,使用简单、方便。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on anal sinusitis treated with diosmin and mayinglong musk hemorrhoids suppository.Methods 100 cases of anal sinusitis from Anorectoal Department in clinic were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group from September 2009 to May 2010,50 cases in each one.In treatment group,the cases were treated with diosmin for oral administration and mayinglong musk hemorrhoids suppository for external application.In control group,tinidazole tables for oral administration and chlorhexidine hemorrhoids suppository for external application were applied.7-day treatment made 1 session.The efficacy was analyzed statistically after 2 sessions of treatment.Results In treatment group,41 cases（80.0%）were cured clinically,9 cases（18.0%）improved,0 case（0.0%）failed and the total effective rate 100.0%.In control group,20 cases（40.0%）were cured clinically,24 cases（48.0%）improved,6 cases（12.0%）failed and the total effective rate 88.0%.The clinical curative rate and total effective rate in treatment group were obviously superior to those in control group.Conclusion The efficacy of diosmin and mayinglong musk hemorrhoids suppository on anal sinusitis is safe and reliable.This therapy is simple and convenient in application.
