路志正教授调理脾胃法治疗冠心病的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的总结路志正教授临床治疗冠心病的用药规律。方法收集路志正教授门诊诊治的冠心病病例,将每一病例所涉及的具体内容录入名老中医临床信息采集系统(广安门医院),进行数据的处理与转化,分别运用频数分析、关联规则分析对数据进行统计学分析。结果路志正教授临床上治疗本病的药物中以茯苓、半夏、甘草、枳实等最为多见,常用药对有厚朴、枳实;茯苓、半夏;枳实、旋覆花等,这些用药均从脾胃入手。结论路老在治疗冠心病时从调理脾胃入手,临床疗效显著。Objective To summarize the medication law of Prof.LU Zhi-zheng in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods The cases of coronary heart disease treated clinically by Prof.LU Zhi-zheng were collected.The involved situation of each case was input in the clinical information collection system of eminent veteran practitioner of Chinese medicine（Guanganmen Hospital）for data processing and conversion.The frequency analysis and association analysis were used respectively for statistical analysis on the data.Results The more frequently used Chinese herbs in the treatment of the disease were Poris Cocos,Rhizome Pinelliae,Radix Glycyrrhiza and Fructus Aurantll Immaturus.The commonly used herbs were Cortex Magnolia,Fructus Aurantll Immaturus,Poris Cocos,Rhizome Pinelliae,Flos Inulae and others.All of those herbs act on the spleen and stomach.Conclusion Prof.LU treats coronary heart disease by adjusting spleen and stomach functions and has achieved significant clinical efficacy.
