摘  要:目的观察高山离子芥水提物对脑缺血再灌注后脑组织炎症反应的影响。方法雄性ICR小鼠随机分为模型组、假手术组、高山离子芥低、中、高剂量组和依达拉奉组。建立小鼠大脑中动脉栓塞/再灌注模型。采用HE染色法观察组织病理学变化,免疫组化法测定细胞黏附分子-1表达,比色法测定髓过氧化物酶活性。结果脑缺血再灌注导致组织病理学损伤、细胞黏附分子-1表达及髓过氧化物酶活性增加。与模型组相比,高山离子芥组组织病理学变化减轻、细胞黏附分子-1表达及髓过氧化物酶活性明显降低。结论高山离子芥水提物可改善脑缺血再灌注所诱导的炎症损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of water extract of Chorispora bungeana (CB) on brain inflammatory response following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion. Methods Male ICR mice were randomly divided into model group, sham group, CB low, middle and high dosage group, and edaravone group. The mice middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion model was established. HE staining method was used to observe histopathology change. Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) expression and colorimetric method was adapted to assay myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity. Results Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion led to histopathology injury, the augmentation of ICAM-1 expression and MPO activity. Compared with model group, the histopathology change, ICAM-1 expression and MPO activity were obviously decreased in CB group. Conclusion The extract of CB can ameliorate the inflammatory injury induced by cerebral ischemia/reperfusion.
