摘　　要：活细胞实时成像分析系统(Cell-IQ)是芬兰Chip-Man公司最新研制的集细胞培养、拍摄影像和图像数据分析为一体的综合性仪器。该仪器在不影响细胞生长的同时,观察和记录活细胞的各种运动趋势及形态特征,通过自带的分析软件可同时分析多孔、多位点、多种类细胞的各项指标,为形态学研究提供一个简便可靠的新方法。本文简要综述Cell-IQ的基本功能及其在新药研发乃至临床病因基础研究中的应用。Cell-IQ developed by Chip-man （Fenland） is an integrated continuous live-cell analysis and imaging system. It combines cell culture with result observation and analysis. It can do high-throughput recording and analysis with the great potential in cell morphologic research. This review summerizes the Cell-IQ features as well as its applications in new drug development and other scientific research.
