摘　　要：随着临床耐药病例日益增多,耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)已成为医院和社区获得性感染的主要元凶。MRSA蔓延趋势不断恶化,新型抗MRSA抗生素研究成为热点。本文综述新型抗MRSA抗生素特拉万星、头孢吡普与头孢洛林等新药的研究进展。With the increase of drug resistance in clinic, methicillin resistant Staphylococcus＂ aureus （MRSA） has become the main culprits of hospital and community acquired infections. The spreading trend of MRSA becomes worse, and the research of new anti-MRSA antibiotics has been a hot focus of discussion. This review describes the progress in research of new anti-MRSA antibiotics such as telavancin, ceftobiprole and ceftaroline.
