摘 要:研究了非线性刚度转子系统发生松动故障时的振动问题.考虑了转轴材料的非线性因素,建立了在非稳态油膜力作用下的非线性刚度转子-滑动轴承系统松动模型,并用Runge-Kutta数值积分方法,得到了系统在不同的参数下的波形图、频谱图和轴心轨迹图的特征.并通过实验数据验证了该方法的可行性.数值分析结果为该类转子-轴承系统的设计和支承松动故障识别提供了一定的参考.The problem of nonlinear rigid rotor system with pedestal looseness fault was studied. The dynamic pedestal looseness fault models of the rotor-sliding bearing system with nonlinear rigid under an unsteady oil-film force were constructed , which took into aeeount the material nonlinear factors. The characteristics on timing diagrams, spectrogram plots and shift centerline orbits were given about the response following the change of system parameters, by using the Runge-Kutta numerical value integral method. In the end, the feasibility of the theoretical simulation was verified by the diagrams from the test. The characteristics analysis may help to diagnose and identify the fault in rotor system.
