绿色经济视野下嘉兴汽车报废回收及再利用研究

摘　　要：在总结日本、美国、欧盟、韩国的汽车报废回收情况及其经济和社会效益的基础上,认为嘉兴的汽车报废行业还存在着回收价格低、回收能力严重不足、条件简陋、拆解水平低下、污染严重、零部件的再利用率几乎为零、管理落后等问题,要做好这项工作,政府各相关部门必须切实起到应有的作用,报废汽车回收企业要加强自身建设,及早建设嘉兴报废汽车回收信息平台,积极向县级市拓展报废汽车回收网络。Based on the summary of obsolete cars＇ recycling situation and its economic and social efficiency of Japan, Germany, USA, the European union and Korea, the author considers that the industry of recycling obsolete cars in Jiaxing still has some problems, such as lower salvage price, serious shortage of salvage power, simple and crude condition, low disassembly level, serious pollution, zero rate of parts utilization, out--dated management. In order to do this work well, various government departments must implement their functions effectively, and the car--recycling enterprises shall strengthen their own development, construct information platform for recycling obsolete cars in Jiaxing as soon as possible, and extend the network of recycling obsolete ears to the counties.
