“公私合作制”模式的发展、特征及其启示——以“鸿翔模式”为例

摘　　要：以"鸿翔模式"为例,对"公私合作制"模式运营公共体育场馆发展体育服务业进行分析。得出:必须加快政府体制机制的改革与创新;加强政策扶持力度,完善法规制度;发挥政府与本土民企合作优势,建立区域体育服务业的长效机制。Taking＂Hongxiang Mode＂ as an example, this paper makes an analysis of running the public sports venues and developing the sports service industry through the model of public-- private partnership. Some inspiration are obtained ： We must speed up the reform and innovation of government system and mechanism; strengthen policy support and improve the legal system; give scope to the advantages of the cooperation between government and local private enterprises, and establish a long--term effective mechanism of regional sports services.
