摘　　要：牛奶纤维是一种新型的含蛋白质的合成纤维,它集天然纤维和合成纤维的优点于一身,文章介绍了牛奶蛋白纤维的形态结构、组成与性能、纤维制取和产品的开发。Milk protein fiber is a new protein-containing synthetic fiber,which combines the advantages of both natural fibers and synthetic fibers.The morphostructure of milk protein fiber,its composition and performance,manufacture and product development are mainly introduced.
