摘　　要：针对水面活动靶标使用中存在的运动速度慢、环境适应能力差等问题,运用雷达目标增强技术和成熟的玻璃钢造船技术,实现靶标的快速性、可有效提高靶标的模拟真实性和环境适应性。For the problems that the moving speed is slow and the environment adaptability is poor of the surface mobile target, this paper use radar target enhance（RTE） technology and mature glass fiber reinforced plastics（FRP） technology to achieve the high speed of target, which can improve the reality and the environment adaptability of target effectively.
