摘 要:以TiCl4为原料、EDTA为添加剂,利用低温陈化法制备了纳米二氧化钛.分别利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、紫外可见光谱对产物进行了表征.以甲基橙为模拟污染物测定了产物的光催化性能.实验结果表明:掺杂EDTA有利于锐钛型TiO2的生成,混合晶型TiO2的光催化性能优于纯锐钛矿相.Nanosized titania powders were prepared by aging at low temperature using TiCl4 as precursors and EDTA as doped sources.The samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and UV-vis.Their photocatalytic activity was investigated by the degradation of methyl orange.The experimental results show that the anatase nanosized titania powders were generated more easily by doped EDTA.Photocatalytic activity of the mix-crystals of rutile and anatase nanosized titania powders was highest and better than photocatalytic activity of anatase nanosized tiania powders.
