不同AM真菌对矮菜豆抵抗臭氧胁迫的影响

摘  要:高质量浓度O3(70μg/L)胁迫对矮菜豆的生长发育有明显的影响,它使矮菜豆株高降低26.1%,使开花期滞后1.7 d左右,同时使单株豆荚重显著降低53.0%.AM真菌对矮菜豆的生长发育有一定的促进作用,它可以缓解由于臭氧胁迫对矮菜豆的生长发育造成的不良影响,其中幼套球囊霉对矮菜豆株高生长抵抗臭氧胁迫能力比较强,株高显著高于对照,提高了15.4%.摩西球囊霉、根内球囊霉、地表球囊霉、聚丛球囊霉和幼套球囊霉分别使矮菜豆的单株平均产量比在高浓度臭氧熏气条件下未接种AM真菌的对照增加了30.4%,22.7%,15.6%,23.8%和30.6%.Ozone stress has obvious influence on growth and development of dwarf bean plants.It makes dwarf bean plants height shorten by 26.1 %,the flowering delay by 1.7 d,meanwhile the weight of per pad obviously decrease by 53.0 %.AM fungi plays a certain role in promoting the growth and development of dwarf beans.It could relieve the impacts of ozone stress on growth and development of dwarf bean.The capacity of Glomus etumcatum in the resistance to ozone stress in the height of plant is relatively strong,increased 15.4 % compared with control group.The dwarf bean pods hare increased by 30.4 %,22.7 %,15.6 %,23.8 %,30.6 % respectively,under ozone stress,in Glomus mosseae,Glomus intraradices,Glomus versiforme,Glomus aggregatum and Glomus etunicatum infect the plant.
