摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑归纳等研究方法,对秦皇岛冰雪运动发展状况进行调查研究.了解其基本情况,挖掘其存在的问题,探寻一般性规律,从而为秦皇岛市及同类城市冬季全民健身运动的开展提出建设性的意见.Through the literature material method,questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and deductive-inductive etc,to investigate and to analyze the winter sports of Qinhuangdao.Learning the basic situation,finding the existent problems and deploring the common rules can offer the constructive suggestions for the development of the winter nation wide fitness of Qinhuangdao and the similar urban.
