化学镀镍溶液再生的方法

摘　　要：采用氢氧化钙沉淀法去除化学镀镍液中的亚磷酸根、硫酸根等有害离子,并用氟化物去除多余的钙离子,可实现镀液的循环利用。分析了亚磷酸根去除率与钙离子添加量、沉淀时间、温度的关系,实验结果表明循环利用的镀液能维持较高的镀速。Recycling-use of electroless Nickel plating bath could be achieved through removing phosphite radical,sulphate radical and other harmful ions by method of soluble calcium salt precipitation and removing excess calcium ion by fluoride.In this paper,relationships between phosphite radical removing rate and calcium ion adding amount,precipitation time,temperature were analyzed.Results showed that the recycling bath could maintain a high deposition rate.
