青藏直流联网工程通信保障系统的建设

摘　　要：介绍了首次应用于长距离跨区电网建设时期的青藏直流联网工程通信保障系统,包括青藏工程全线的电视电话会议指挥系统、青藏工程总指挥部的信息通信系统、应急卫星电话系统等。该系统的建成最大限度地减少了青藏工程参建人员高原高海拔地区的流动,提高了工作效率,保障了人身安全。通信保障系统在青藏直流联网工程中的成功应用,为今后通信技术在特高压电网工程建设中的应用打下了良好基础。This paper int,＇oduces the communication system in Qinghai-Tibet DC intereonnection project, the first communication project in Ultra-long span electric power Grid. This system consists of a teleconference system, an information and communication system and an emergency satellite telephone system.The completion of this system reduced the move of the workers in high-ahitude areas and improved the working efficiency. The successful application of the system in Qinghai-Tibet DC intereonneetion project has laid a solid foundation for the application of communication teehnology in the construction of ultra-high voltage power grid.
