摘　　要：通信光缆是目前电力通信网的主要传输介质,受多种因素影响,近年来,一级骨干通信光缆故障呈现较快上升趋势。基于电网GIS的一级骨干通信光缆资源管理系统以电网GIS空间信息服务平台为基础,调用电网GIS平台发布的空间服务信息,采用SOA、构件化、模型驱动等设计方法和插件机制、基于CIM的数据交换与集成等技术,提供光缆静态资源管理、资源调配管理、光缆运维管理和运行监视等功能,以图形化方式实现通信光缆运行规范化管理,为提高通信光缆运行管理水平,降低光缆故障影响提供一种有效的技术手段。文章介绍了该系统的定位、功能、架构模型、关键技术等内容。Optical cable is the main transmission media in power communication network, which may affected by various factors. Recently, the failure rate of backbone optical cable raised rapidly. By using several design technology such as SOA, component, model driving, plug-in, data exchange and integration based on CIM, the resource management system of backbone optical network based on GIS can provide the functions of optical cable static resource management, resource deployment, operation and maintenance management, and operation monitoring. With the help of this system, the level of communication operation and management will be improved greatly.
