摘 要:油茶轻基质无纺布容器育苗是容器育苗的先进技术,研究了轻基质的4种不同配方育苗效果,最佳配方为草炭土60%+珍珠岩20%+稻壳10%+过磷酸钙2%+黄土6%+其他2%效果最好。苗木嫁接平均保存率为80.5%,平均苗高8.34 cm,平均地径0.233 cm;主根平均长6.83 cm,须根平均长2.52 cm。容器的最佳长度为10cm,口径4.5~5.0 cm。该技术适合在湖北省油茶规模化扩繁中大力推广。Grafted plant cultivation with lightweight medium and non-woven fabric container for Camellia oleifera is an ad- vanced technique. The effect of four different lightweight medium formulas on grafted plant growth was investigated in this paper. The best medium was peatmoss 60% + perlite 20% + rice hull 10% + calcium superphosphate 2% + loess 6% + others 2%. The average survival rate of grafted seedings was 80.5%, the average grafted plant height was 8.34 cm, the av- erage caliper was 0.233 cm, the average length of main root was 6.83 cm, the average length of fibrous roots was 2.52 cm. The best length and diameter of container was 10cm and 4.5 - 5.0 cm respectively. The technique is suitable to spread in commercial production of Camellia oleifera in Hubei Province.
