小檗碱脂肪酸盐的制备及理化性质研究

摘  要:合成了两种脂溶性的小檗碱脂肪酸盐,并考察其在常见溶剂中的溶解度和正辛醇-水中的分配系数。采用硫酸小檗碱与脂肪酸钾反应生成了小檗碱的硬脂酸盐和月桂酸盐,用质谱、氢谱等方法确证结构。结果表明,2种脂肪酸盐在保持小檗碱母核结构的同时,脂溶性较硫酸盐明显增大,其中月桂酸盐在无水乙醇、聚乙二醇400和油酸等溶剂中的溶解性均较好。Two lipophilic berberine fatty acid salts were synthesized and their solubilities and octanol-water partition coefficients were investigated. Berberine stearate and berberine laurate were synthesized by the reaction between berberine sulfate and corresponding fatty acid potassium salts. MS and 1HNMR were used to confirm the structure of the products. Compared with sulfate salt, the synthesized fatty acid salts greatly increased the lipophilicity, while the structure of berberine remained unchanged. Berberine laurate could be dissolved easily in several solvents, such as anhydrous ethanol, polyethylene glycol 400 and oleic acid.
