摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定二巯基丁二酸钠及其有关物质的含量。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以50mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 2.5)-乙腈(89:11)为流动相,优化波形的积分脉冲安培法检测。二巯基丁二酸钠在2～10μg/m1范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为50pg。An HPLC-electrochemical detection （optimized waveform integrated pulse amperometry detection） method was established for the determination of sodium dimercaptosuccinate and its related substances. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of phosphate buffer （50 mmol/L, pH 2.5）-acetonitrile （89 ： 11）. The calibration curve for sodium dimercaptosuccinate was linear in the concentration range of 2 - 10μg/ml. The low limit of detection was 50 pg.
