摘　　要：积雪草作为传统药物在我国有着悠久的历史,临床多用于治疗跌打损伤、痈肿疮毒及湿热黄疸等。本文综述其中大量三萜类化学成分及其药理活性研究概况,以期为更好地开发利用积雪草提供参考。Centella asiatica （L.） Urban, as a traditional herbal medicine, has long been used in China for the treatment of traumatic injuries, sore boils, jaundice with damp-heat, etc. This plant contains considerable amounts of triterpenoids. Progress of triterpenoids from Centella asiatica and their pharmacological activities are reviewed to providing reference data for better development of Centella asiatica.
