乙二醇脱醛影响因素的研究

摘　　要：进行了添加吗啉、乙二醇与吗啉的高温反应、脱醛树脂脱醛温度、添加联胺等实验。研究了乙二醇脱醛树脂脱醛的影响因素,实验表明脱醛温度和联胺对乙二醇脱醛树脂脱醛效果有较大影响。In order to study on the removing of aldehyde from ethylene glycol with dealdehyde catalyst resin,the tests were carried out with adding morpholine,high temperature reaction of ethylene glycol with morpholine,dealdehyde temperature and adding hydrazine respectively.The results showed that dealdehyde temperature and hydrazine had stronger influence than the others on ethylene glycol dealdehyde catalyst resin.
