血脂异常的原发性高血压患者CRP水平研究

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性高血压患者中,血脂代谢水平与C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的相互关系。方法收集山东大学附属省立医院原发性高血压患者460例,以及健康体检者40例,抽血检测其血脂代谢水平(TC、TG、LDL和HDL水平)以及CRP水平。结果研究发现,和健康对照人群相比,高血压患者整体CRP水平有轻微升高。此外,在高血压患者中,血脂代谢异常组的CRP水平要明显高于血脂代谢正常组,其中LDL和TG水平与CRP水平成明显的正相关,而TC水平与CRP水平关系并不明确。结论研究发现,出现血脂代谢异常的高血压患者其CRP水平会随之升高,而由脂代谢异常所转归的高血压可能与CRP水平升高有一定的关系。Objective To explore the correlation between lipid metabolism and CRP level in patients with primary hypertension.Methods Four hundred and sixty patients with primary hypertension and 40 healthy individuals were collected from Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University.The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL,HDL and CRP were detected.Statistic analysis was performed in all the results.Results The overall level of CRP in patients with primary hypertension was slightly higher than that of healthy individuals,moreover,CRP level in hypertension patients with lipid dysfunction was significantly higher than that in patients with hypertension alone.Furthermore,we found that LDL and TG levels were positively correlated with CRP level,meanwhile,TC showed no correlation with CRP.Conclusions The results suggest that hypertension complicated by lipid dysfunction may cause by increasing CRP and inflammation effect.
