摘  要:以450t偏轨提梁机的主梁为优化对象,以主梁自重为目标函数,采用遗传算法对其进行结构优化,得到提梁机主梁参数的最优解。用有限元分析软件对优化后的提梁机结构进行强度、刚度及稳定性的验证,结果表明:在满足结构设计的前提下,主梁结构自重减少了11.8%,优化效果明显。The main girders of 450 t bais-rail gantry crane was taken as the optimized object; the weight of main girders was set as the objective function; genetic algorithm was applied for optimization design, and the optimal dimensions of the main section were finally obtained. The analysis of structural strength and stability of the bais-rail gantry crane were carried out by using finite element software. The strength and stability were verified and they meet the design requirements. The results show that the weight of main girders is reduced by 11.8% in the condition of meeting structure design, which indicates that the optimization is obvious.
