变应性鼻炎尘螨疫苗治疗脱落原因分析

摘　　要：目的研究安脱达尘螨疫苗对变应性鼻炎患者免疫治疗1年的治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法对免疫治疗时间1年以上的变应性鼻炎患者进行回顾性调查,回访治疗脱落患者不依从的原因,并进行统计分析。结果本组262例患者免疫治疗1年后发生脱落68例,不完全依从率25.95%,完成1年以上治疗者194例,完全依从率74.05%;儿童组依从率77.4%,成人组依从率69.2%;不依从患者中因症状减轻而停止治疗的58.8%(40例),怀疑治疗效果而停止治疗22.1%(15例),因疗程长不能坚持者13.3%(9例)。结论针对影响患者依从性的原因,在临床上采取加强患者健康教育、适当选择患者等措施对提高患者依从性有积极的意义。Objective Observed compliance and its influencing factors of allergic rhinitis patients dust mite vaccine immunotherapy for 1 year of treatment.Methods Allergic rhinitis patients with immunotherapy for more than a year were surveyed.The reasons for patient noncompliance were analyzed.Results 68 cases of 262 patients with immune therapy 1 year were off treatment,incomplete compliance rate is 25.95%,194 cases completed treatment more than one year,full compliance rate is 74.05%.Conclusion We can strengthen the health education of patients,proper patient selection and other measures to improve patient compliance have a positive impact.
