摘　　要：通过对临床路径和电子病历关系的探讨,分析基于临床路径管理的电子病历改进的必要性和可行性,研究临床路径信息模块的功能、形式、应用前提和实施原则。认为基于临床路径的电子病历是医院管理改进的重要方向。through the analysis of the relationship between clinical pathways and electronic medical records, the paper ana- lyzed the necessity and feasibility of improving the electronic medical records based on the clinical pathway management, studied the function, form, the application premise and implementation principles ot the clinical path information module. The clinical pathway based electronic medical records will be an important direction to improve hospital management.
