摘　　要：目的了解医院危急值管理现状,提出意见和建议。方法对2010年12月份住院患者危急值回报及临床医生的应答情况进行调查。结果共发生危急值138例次,检验科回报135例次,回报率98%;有124例次的危急值在当天或次日即得到治疗或纠正,占总数的90%。结论现有的管理方法存在一定弊端,应通过改进回报方式、加强管理等措施,提高回报的时效性。oojecuve To investigate the critical value reporting system and provide uselul advice for improvement. Method To investigate the reports of the critical values and clinician＇response in December 2010. Result There were 138 case of critical values, clinical laboratory examiner had reported 135 cases, the effective rate was 98% , and 124 cases （ 90% ） had been treated on the day or the next day. Conclusion There are some disadvantages in the critical value repor- ting system, the hospital should improve reporting methods and strengthen management to improve the timeliness of the repor- ting.
