摘 要:目的分析经济处罚类质量管理措施对医生情绪产生的负面影响,研究对策。方法依据心理学量表设计调查问卷,对全院医生进行调查分析,用SPSS15.0软件统计分析结果。结果 85.26%的医生会对经济处罚产生各类负面情绪,82.12%的医生认为经济处罚是必要的,部分医生提出了自我评定等建议。结论经济处罚仍是当前必不可少的质量管理方法之一,同时医院应当丰富质量管理手段,采取更有效的措施,化解经济处罚对医生负面情绪的影响。Objective To analyze the negative emotional impact of economic punishment measures on doctors and counter measures. Method A questionnaire survey was designed based on psychological scale and used by all doctors of a hospital, and statistical analysis was used SPSS15.0. Result 85.26% of the doctors had some kinds of negative emotions after financial penal- ties, and 82.12% of doctors believed that economic sanctions were necessary. Some doctors given suggestions, including self - assessment. Conclusion Economic sanctions is still the current one essential quality management method, while the quality of hospital management tools should be enriched, to take effective measures to resolve the negative emotional impact on doctors.
