摘 要:目的研究患者因素对医疗纠纷处理行为的影响。方法使用自行设计的案例调查工具(Vignette问卷),对北京市5家医院的500名患者进行了问卷调查。结果患者的年龄、教育水平、医疗保险及职业因素与其事发之初的解决范围具有相关性;患者的受教育程度与其对医院纠纷负责人的选择具有相关性;患者的年龄、职业因素与其期望的医院回复时间具有相关性;患者的性别、年龄因素与其期望的赔偿金额具有相关性。结论当事件责任主要在医院时,不同年龄、教育水平、医疗保险和职业的患者在选择事件解决范围时存在差异,不同年龄和职业的患者期望医院答复时间存在差异;当事件责任主要在患者时,不同性别、年龄的患者期待的赔偿金额存在差异。Objective To study the factors responsible for a patient to deal with medical malpractice. Method From five different hospitals, 500 patients were surveyed by using self - designed case tools ( Vignette questionnaire). Result patient'first choices of dealing with medical malpractice correlated with their age, education, insurance and occupation. The department or personnel that patient seeking for was correlated with their education. The interval time patient expecting to get responses was cor- related with their age and occupation. The compensation patient expecting to get was correlated with their gender and age. Conclu- sions When hospitals beard the main responsibility, patients first choices of dealing with medical malpractice correlated with their age, education, insurance and occupation. Besides, the intervals patients expecting to get responses correlated with their age and occupation. When patients beard the main responsibility their compensation expectations correlated with their gender and age.
