摘　　要：建立医院后勤保障信息模型是推动医院后勤管理的关键。通过文献回顾,根据供应链管理理论和医院后勤管理特点,深入分析医院顾客需求、保障过程和绩效目标。提出基于医疗需求、过程控制和绩效考核的医院后勤保障信息模型。可通过建立信息网络平台,开发管理系统软件,形成智能决策系统,逐步实现后勤管理的规范化和决策的科学化。It is important to design a hospital logistics information model in hospital logistics management. Based on a litera- ture review of supply chain management and hospital logistics management, we analyzed the demands of customer, the process of activities and the measurement of performance in the hospital logistics management. Then we designed a customer - oriented, process- controlled and performance -measured hospital logistics information model. Based on this model, we can establish a Web - based platform and use software technology to form business intelligence （ B1 ） system, and realize the goal of standardized management and scientific decision - making in the hospital logistics management.
