摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下清理术治疗膝化脓性关节炎的方法及疗效。方法对11例膝化脓性关节炎采用关节镜下关节清理术、术后持续冲洗引流、早期功能锻炼,再结合全身使用抗生素等治疗,通过定期随访进行疗效评定。结果 11例患者均治愈,无一例复发。按Neer评分,优8例,良2例,可1例,优良率90.9%。结论采用关节镜下关节清理术、术后持续冲洗引流、早期功能锻炼的方法治疗膝化脓性关节炎,具有创伤小、恢复快、方法简单、疗效明显的优点。Objective To introduce a new method of arthroscopic treatment of suppurative knee arthritis,and investigate its therapeutic effect.Methods 12 patients with suppurative kneearthr it is were treated by debridement under arthro scopy and constant irrigation and early function execises postoperatively.Results All patients were cured. No patients relapse.The knee function of 22 acute suppurative patients was evaluated by Neer Score：excellent in 8 cases,good in 2 cases,fair in 1 cases.Excellent and good rate is 90.9%.Conclusion Debridement under arthroscopy and constant irrigation and early functional exercises post operatively is an ideal therapeutic method which is less invasive, makes surgery easier and recovers better.
