摘　　要：基于著名的通用显式有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对某大型发电设备转子线圈使用的非均匀大壁厚铜银合金管料的弯折成形及回弹进行了仿真分析,并进行了试验,结果表明采用仿真计算能够快速有效地对管料的弯折特性进行分析,为数控管线成形设备传动链参数设计提供参考。Bend forming and spring-back simulation of non-uniform thick-wall pipe used in large-scale power equipment was done, with the famous universal explicit finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and experiment was done. Result shows that computer simulation method can give quick and effective analysis of pipe bending characteristic, and can give reference for later bending simulation of digital control pipe forming equipment under developing.
