摘  要:利用NaCl和Na2SO4盐溶液模拟土壤盐胁迫,对2a生香樟幼苗生理生化指标进行研究。结果表明:随胁迫程度的加强和胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对电导率逐渐升高,游离脯氨酸含量除低浓度NaCl处理在第42天时有所下降外,其余均呈现逐渐升高的趋势;超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性均表现为先升后降的趋势;同浓度梯度下,NaCl各处理保护酶活性高于Na2SO4各处理。香樟幼苗盐胁迫下表现出一定的适应性,适度的盐胁迫可增加香樟的耐盐性;同浓度条件下,Na2SO4处理对香樟的伤害更大。Simulating soil stress with NaCl and Na2SO4 saline solution, physiological and biochemical indices of 2-year old seedlings of Cinnamornum camphora were determined. The results showed that with the enhancement of salt stress and prolongation of treatment time, relative conductivity of the leaves increased gradually. In the day of 42, the content of free proline presented an increase trend except that treated by low concentration NaCl. The activities of protective enzymes, including superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase, showed a tendency of increasing first and then decreasing. Under the same concentration gradients, the activities of protective enzyems treated by NaCl were higher than those treated by Na2SO4 The results indicated that C. camphora seedlings performanced some adaptabilities under salt stress, and salt tolerance of the seedlings accumulated with moderate salt stress; with the same concentration gradients, more serious damages were found in the seedlings treated by Na2SO.
