摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT在诊断输尿管结石的临床价值。方法对32例临床怀疑输尿管结石而经常规检查(B超、KUB、IVU)未确诊者进行螺旋CT扫描,其中4例行碘海醇造影后增强CT延迟扫描。结果螺旋CT平扫确诊29例,可疑结石3例,其中2例经增强CT延迟扫描确诊,另1例经输尿管重建确诊。结论螺旋CT诊断输尿管结石优于B超、KUB、IVU等常规检查,诊断准确且无创伤,可作为经常规检查未显示结石的疑似患者的首选检查方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of helical CT in diagnosing ureteral calculus.Methods Helical CT scan was performed in 32 patients,who had normal examination（B ultrasonic graphy,KUB and IVU）but didn＇t diagnose and were suspected of having ureteral calcului in clinical.4 patients of all underwent additional enhancement CT delayed scanning.Results All the patients showed ureteral calculi with high-density shadows on CT plain scan,but only 29 could be diagnosed from plain scan.3 cases were suspicious patients with ureteral calculus,and 2 cases of them were confirmed by enhancement CT delayed scanning,and the other was confirmed by ureter reconstruct.Conclusion Helical CT is more superior than B ultrasonic graphy,KUB and IVU in diagnosing ureteral calculus.Since accurate and haven＇t trauma,we can choose helical CT first for diagnosing ureteral calculus in patients who had normal examination but had not been diagnosed and suspected of having ureteral calcului in clinical.
