摘　　要：目的探讨高原作业疾病患病规律,为防治高原作业常见病、多发病提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法将观察人群病人诊断治疗病历汇总,分析疾病分布,用对比研究方法比较疾病患病率间的差异。结果 2年疾病顺位前7位依次是上呼吸道感染、外伤、高原反应、支气管炎、胃炎、腹泻和高血压,前7位疾病合计占所有疾病的比例超过75%。前6位疾病2年患病率有统计显著性差异(χ2≥14.11,P<0.01)。结论上呼吸道感染、外伤、高原反应、支气管炎、胃炎、腹泻和高血压是铁路筑路高原作业常见病、多发病,应作为高原施工疾病防治重点。Objective To study Altitude Diseases in the work of law.Provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of common diseases and frequently-occurring disease of high altitude operations.Methods Use descriptive epidemiological methods to summary the medical diagnosis and treatment of the patient population.Analyze the disease distribution.Use contrast research method to compare the differences between disease prevalence.Results The first seven disease followed by upper respiratory tract infection,trauma,altitude sickness,bronchitis,gastritis,diarrhea and hypertension.The proportion of total the first seven diseases is more than 75% in all diseases.There is a statistically significant difference between the prevalence of the first six disease of the two years（c2≥14.11,P0.01）.Conclusion Upper respiratory tract infection,trauma,altitude sickness,bronchitis,gastritis,diarrhea and hypertension are common rail road job plateau occurring disease.They should be as key construction disease of the prevention and control of plateau work.
