摘　　要：随着社会的发展,对人才需求方面也发生相应变化,逐步向重实践能动手的高素质技能型人才转变。因此,教学的改革创新是达到良好教学效果必不可少的途径。通过对粮油标准与法规课程教学方法和手段的探讨,以期达到有效提高教学质量的目的。With the development of society, the demand of talents is also undergoing a corresponding change, and gradually turning to practical high-quality skilled talents.Therefore, the reform of teaching becomes essential way to achieve good teaching effects.Teaching methods of Standards and Regulations for Grain and Oil course were discussed, so as to improve the teaching quality.
