摘　　要：目的研究雄激素伴侣蛋白FKBP52和先天性尿道下裂之间的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学SP法半定量检测45例不同严重程度的尿道下裂患儿尿道板和包皮中FKBP52的表达，以正常男性包皮FKBP52的表达为对照。结果尿道下裂组的包皮中FKBP52的（36／45，80％）表达较对照组（28／30，93．3％）包皮明显减少，尿道板中FKBP52表达（28／45，62．2％）比尿道下裂包皮（80％）的表达减少差异，均存在统计学意义；轻中度尿道下裂组包皮和尿道板中FKBP52的表达分别为83．3％（20／24）和75％（18／24），重度尿道下裂组分别为76．2％和47．6％（10／21），差异均无明显统计学意义。结论FKBP52与尿道下裂发病密切相关，与尿道下裂严重程度无明显相关。Objective To study the raltionship between FKS06-binding protein 52 （FKBP52） and hypospadias. Methods The immunohistochemistry SP method was Used to evaluate the FKBP52 expression in urethral plate and prepuce of 45 hypospadias patients with different serious degree, using normal prepuce as controls. Results The expression of FKBP52 in urethral plate （80~） and prepuce （62. 2%） were significantly lower than those in control group （93. 3~./oo）. The expression of FKBP52 in urethral plate （83.3%） and prepuce（75 ~ ） in mild hypospadias group, was no significant difference with that in severe hypospadias group （urethral plate76. 2%, prepuce47. 7~）. Conclusions FKBP52 has a close relationship with the incidence of hypospadias, while has no obvious relationship with the severity of hypospadias.
