摘 要:为了解决海泡石纤维在聚合物体系中的相容性和分散性问题,用硅烷偶联剂对海泡石进行表面修饰。以水在海泡石表面的接触角为指标,采用正交实验法研究了硅烷用量、预处理温度、反应温度和反应时间对硅烷改性海泡石润湿性的影响,并用XRD、FTIR和SEM对试样进行表征。结果表明:硅烷改性海泡石的最佳制备工艺为硅烷用量为2mol/30g海泡石,预处理温度为50℃,反应温度90℃和反应时间2h。硅烷对海泡石有良好的修饰作用,可使海泡石由亲水状态转变为疏水状态,接触角达到140°以上。To improve the chemical compatibility and dispersion of the sepiolite in polymers, silane coupling agent was used to modify acid- treated sepiolite. The orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the effects of silane dosage, pre-treated temperature, reaction temperature and reaction time on the wettability of organically modified sepiolite. The effects on the structure performance of modified sepiolite were characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM and contact angle analyse instruments. The results showed that the best technological conditions of organically modified sepiolite were as follows: dosage of silane 2 mol/30g sepiolite, pre-treated temperature 50 ℃, reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 2 h. Sepiolite surface can be well modified by treating with organosilane, resulting in the hydrophilic surface transforming to hydrophobic state, the contact angle is above 140°.
