摘　　要：文章参照国家对绿色生态住宅小区建设的基本要求,分析了南宁绿色生态住宅小区建设的得与失,以及南宁绿色生态住宅小区建设现状与存在问题,提出创建南宁绿色生态住宅小区的对策。In line with the basic requirements of national green ecological residence community construction, the paper analyzes the gains and loses of the construction of this community in Nanning, the problems and its status quo, and puts forward the related countermeasures.
