2237例涂阳肺结核病人全程督导化疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析评价涂阳肺结核病人全程督导化疗效果,为结核病控制工作的可持续发展提供依据.方法：对汉川市2006-2009年实施世行贷款和英国赠款结核病控制项目（卫X）登记管理的2237例涂阳肺结核病人资料进行分析.结果：通过对涂阳肺结核病人进行全程督导化疗,肺结核病人的治愈率均大于85%,达到了〈中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南〉[1]中的工作指标.结论：利用正确的化疗方案,对涂阳肺结核病人进行全程督导治疗管理是行之有效的管理方法.Objective to analyze and evaluate the steering chemotherapy tuberculosis patient smear positive case effect, for TB control work provides the basis for the sustainable development. Methods HanChuanShi 2006 -2009, the world bank loan and British grants tuberculosis control project （X） registration management who 2237 smear positive case were material for analysis. Results through to smear positive case tuberculosis patients for the whole steering chemotherapy, tuberculosis patients were greater than the cure rate 85% to the China TB control planning and implementation work guide of the index. Conclusion using correct chemotherapy, to smear positive case tuberculosis patients for the whole supervision management is effective in the treatment of management methods.
