坎地沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗慢性肺心病心衰的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：研究坎地沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭的疗效.方法：将60例肺心病心衰患者随机分为两组,对照组（n=30）给予肺心病心衰常规治疗,观察组（n=30）给予常规治疗基础上加用坎地沙坦酯片联合低分子肝素治疗,均治疗2周.观察心肺功能恢复情况,监测血气分析和肺动脉压力及血流动力学改变.结果：观察组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率为66.6%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：坎地沙坦联合低分子肝素治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭疗效满意.Objective To observe the effect of candesartan combined with low molecular weight heparin on patients wih chronic puhnonary heart diseaze with heart failure, methods 60 patients with pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital： control group （ n = 30） were given Conventional treatment, treated group（n = 30） were given conventional therapy plus candesartan combined with low molecular weight heparin therapy. Two grouds Were treated for 2 weeks. Observed recovery of cardiopuhnonary function, blood gas analysis and pulmonary artery pressure and hemodynamic changes of the two groups. Result Observation group was 93.3%, control group was 66.6%, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusions Candesartan combined with low molecular weight heparin treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure is satisfaction.
