摘 要:目的观察低强度脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)对绝经后骨质疏松症患者尿脱氧吡啶啉(U-DPD)及骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法将80例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组采用钙剂、阿法骨化醇胶囊口服药物治疗6个月,治疗组则在对照组口服药物基础上加用PEMFs治疗,磁场强度2×10-3 T,频率20Hz,每天40min/次,连续治疗8周后停用PEMFs,继续口服药物直至满6个月,并在治疗前和治疗3个月、6个月时分别测定对照组和治疗组患者U-DPD与BMD。结果在治疗3个月及6个月时,治疗组U-DPD含量均明显低于治疗前及对照组;在治疗6个月时,治疗组BMD相比治疗前及对照组明显改善,有统计学意义。结论低强度PEMFs疗法能明显抑制绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨吸收程度,提高骨密度,达到骨重建目的,本疗法联合钙剂及促进钙吸收药物效果更佳。Objective To observe the effect of low-intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs)on urinary deoxypyridinoline (U-DPD) and bone mineral density (BMD) in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods Eighty postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment group (40 cases). The patients in control group were administered with oral calcium and alfacalcidol capsule for 6 months. The patients in treatment group were administered with low-intensity PEMFs in addition to oral medicine. The magnetic field intensity was 2 ~ 10 -3T. The frequency was 20 HZ. The treatment was 40 minutes per day, and lasted for 8 weeks. The oral medication continued for 6 months. U-DPD and BMD were measured for patients in both control group and treatment group before the treatment and 3- and 6-month after the treatment. Results After 3- and 6-month treatment, U-DPD level of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than that before the treatment and that in control group. After 6- month treatment, the BMD of patients in treatment groups obviously improved compared to that before the treatment and that in control group, with statistically significance. Conclusion Low-intensity PEMFs therapy can obviously inhibit bone resorption in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, and can increase BMD for bone remodeling purpose. The combination therapy with PEMFs and calcium and medicine to promote calcium absorption will be better.
